Ernest Gass
Ernest Gass is the Founder and Executive Director of Ballersworld Global, which he created to empower underserved youth through fitness and mentorship. He leverages a unique background as an ex-Division 1 basketball player, a high-level boxer/Muay Thai artist, and an experienced actor to provide unparalleled, hands-on mentorship in the foundation's core programs. His innovative approach, blending athletic discipline with performance-based confidence, is the driving force behind our mission.

As the Director of Sumter County Programs, Amy James leads our mission in Sumter with a lifelong passion for sports and community. A former organized basketball player with years of experience teaching children, she is an expert at creating positive and impactful athletic environments. Amy spearheads all local camps, clinics, and tournaments, building a vibrant community for the next generation of athletes.
