Charleston Fit Fest

The Charleston Fit Fest is a one-of-a-kind health and wellness festival designed for adults (18+) who want to get active, connect with their community, and support a powerful cause.

 

It's a day of friendly competition, community building, and fun, with 100% of the proceeds directly funding the Ballersworld Global Foundation's mentorship and sports programs for underserved youth.

Your participation isn't just about having a great time; it's a direct investment in the next generation of leaders in our community. Every dollar raised helps provide a young person with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

Vendor Fee is $150 | All vendors will be responsible for providing their own equipment (including but not limited to tables, chairs, all needed items, set-up and break-down).

The Corporate Fitness Challenge: Who Will Be Crowned Champion?

This is the centerpiece of the CHS FiT Fest.

 

We invite local businesses and groups of friends to form teams of 6-8 people and compete in a high-energy, Olympic-inspired tournament.

 

It's the perfect team-building experience.

 

The challenge is a two-part competition:

Phase 1: The Morning Circuit

​

Phase 2: The Afternoon Showdown

 

The top four teams from the morning circuit will advance to a single-elimination tournament to crown the official Charleston Fit Fest Champion!

  • The Fit Fest 5K: Kick off the day with a fun, scenic 5K run. It's open to all fitness levels.
     

  • The Wellness Village: Explore our vendor village featuring local gyms, healthy food options, and wellness professionals.
     

  • The Zen Zone: Relax and recover with free community yoga and guided stretching sessions throughout the day.

From being a "Zone Captain" for one of our games to helping with check-in, there's a role for everyone.

  • Is this event really for adults only?

    Yes, the competitive events and the festival are designed for an 18+ audience. While the atmosphere is positive and community-focused, it is an adult fitness experience.

  • What if I don't have a full team of 6?

    No problem! Sign up with the people you have, and we can pair you with our "Free Agent" participants on the day of the event to round out your team.

    We will be using HeyLo to communicate with everyone prior to the event and on the day of the event. 

  • Is this a rain or shine event?

    Yes! Our venue has covered spaces that will allow the fun to continue, rain or shine.
